Dear Diary Reader, today I bring to you gossip about our favorite island paradise, Sulani. Recently on that beautiful 40x30 that we all call 'Journey's End' because honestly if I ever were able to buy that property I wouldn't let go of it, the Kahananui's have decided to move to a spot right on the ocean (and when I say right on I mean it's literally their patio) which left Journey's End up for grabs!
Unfortunately it was quickly snapped up by up and coming real estate mogul Nathan Bennett. He quickly got a team out and before we knew it, news was circling that he was planning for the original Kahananui house to be bulldozed and the entire area to be redone!

Apparently Nathan had other ideas, and brought in blueprints for a exterior house that he got from beckieebabee_x so I suppose you could say he had some help 😉 Building was slow, as are most tedious tasks, so I didn't get many frequent updates from my Sulani sources. Until one day when they said they heard he was preparing for the interior to wrap up.
Meaning it was my favorite time of renovation season. Staging and landscaping.
The landscaping team had already been at work prior to this, but most of it had been kept under strict wraps. Nathan likes for his open houses to be shockingly beautiful I hear. I kept my ears out, as well as my most valuable Sulani sources, and I heard he was using an up and coming San Sequoia staging company for the job.
Apparently for those of you wondering, Mr. Bennett is from San Sequoia and he was looking for a nearby staging company to work with, so for those of you that are single (not you Celeste 😉) and living in San Sequoia be on the lookout for a good looking blonde real estate mogul 😉
The big reveal day finally arrived and the open house dates were listed! Obviously I got in as fast as possible and I was SHOCKED at the gorgeous renovations. Nathan Bennett knows how to design a home, he is the total package.
I managed to get a few pictures in while no one was looking so here they are as well as some of the online pictures from the outside of the house!
I love the light woods and light color schemes of the house, and the main bedroom layout was very well done considering how tight the space was. And don't even get me started on the landscaping! It's absolutely fantastic! Like where do I sign up for that lawn treatment?
I have no doubt that this house is going to sell quickly, I mean who wouldn't want to buy a little peace of island paradise WITH a hot springs! (I bet the Kahananui's are regretting selling right now, I know I would😂)
