Dear Diary Readers do I have drama for you all today! Rumor on the street from our most loyal of sources is that Celeste Michaelson, town Mom, avid activist, and Tech Guru, won't be keeping her Pristine Reputation much longer! Apparently last Love Day she called up one of our newer Hopewell Hills residents, Sierra Turner (mom of Rowan Turner-Moore), and asked her fiancée Curtis Moore out on a date to a nightclub!
Many of our other sources have noticed distance between Celeste and Christopher lately and I for one can't help feeling a bit betrayed for poor Christopher! I mean they were supposed to be our power couple of San Sequoia, after their Tartosa wedding and proposal out in front of the gazebo in Gilbert Gardens!
In my heartbreak I've taken the liberty of calling up some old San Sequoia contacts of mine and I found out despite Celeste claiming she's best friends with Doli Rauno, she actually hasn't spoken to her in ages, so long in fact it feels like they never have! I suppose Doli could have felt Celeste creeping up on Jay, and said 'Not today!' and started the cold shoulder treatment. I bet Sierra will be wishing she'd done the same when she finds out about this!
Did you read about Sierra's second baby announcement in the mail? I saw it, tsk tsk Celeste, going after a taken family man with a baby on the way, how would she feel if someone had done that to Christopher? And to think Sierra is still planning on inviting them to the baby shower... hopefully Curtis talks her out of that, am I right?
Back to my research among the gossip avenues, Xochitl Luna is one of the Michaelson's other best friends according to my sources, and I can't help but wonder how much she knows about the couples relationship behind close doors. Especially considering she used to date Christopher in High School.
I took the liberty of going to talk to the Michaelson's and see what was going on, I may be a gossip but I'm a caring one. Atlas directed me to go outside where he said his parents where discussing the treehouse they've been working on.
I was surprised to find them fighting, not only about the treehouse, but seemingly about their relationship as well. And let's just say the conversation I had wasn't exactly productive. Neither of them were excited to see me.Christopher seemed more sad than angry after the fight though so maybe they can repair the relationship. Celeste was ready to eat me and leave no crumbs though so I made my exit.
I am very interested to see how her asking Curtis out (and according to my sources getting rejected with a harsh 'Are you joking or do you mean a double date with our partners?' to which Celeste never responded, guess she felt a bit called out) affects her relationship with everyone. And how is Curtis going to explain away why he doesn't want Celeste and Christopher around to Sierra without telling her what went down? I'm definitely going to be following this story intensely. When I came back via a casual fruitcake visit I was surprised to find their best friend Xochitl on their front porch knocking on the front door. She didn't look very happy so I just gave her the fruitcake and left to let her deliver it, because I wasn't about to head into this super awkward situation. She's also best friends with Sierra and Curtis after all, so she could very well be bringing a message from their neighbors. Or at least that's what my gossipy heart is hoping.
