Take A Look With Me Inside This Picturesque Instagram Worthy Home!

Greetings lovely Readers, today I bring you a diary entry not about gossip, but about a new real estate development! Recently it has come to my attention that a lot of new construction is going on about the Sim City World and I couldn't help but write about one that particularly peeked my interests.

Although I must admit all this new construction does beg the question; Whose mastermind behind it all? I mean someone has to be building it, as well as construction workers... I suppose I might have to look into it later... But for now I'll share what I know about the house we're discussing today, maybe later I'll do a post on whoever is coming up with the houses themselves.

The story starts quite simply really because as we all love to do from time to time, I also adore scrolling through Instagram pictures and reels of homes (as well as Pinterest for home inspiration) that is when I'm not gathering gossip, and because of that I stumbled across this little gem!

Located in the corner of Bridgeview in Newcrest, this gorgeous home sits on a 30x20 lot commonly called 'Fern Park' by Newcrest townsfolk due to its closeness to a little park with picnic tables and monkey bars making it perfect for a family picnic day. Although the current house doesn't have a second bedroom for a child, that could easily be added on to suit your needs.

The house is open concept, and has a fairly light color scheme, leaning heavily on light browns, sand, and white tones with pink-ish orange accents with bonus exposed brick walls. The house has been completely furnished and is move in ready, though its current price is a steal, for only just under 50k! The back yard has some string lights overhead a picnic table set up by some gardening pots and of course a grill.

As for the inside furnishings, the living area is very plush and comfortable looking from the pictures they've posted online complete with throw blankets and pillows on the couch. The kitchen just behind it has an island with some barstools, and is a little on the small size but is so open and airy it makes it feel bigger.

The upstairs is a little bit smaller than the ground floor, but they managed to fit in a bathroom that's very detailed, and a huge main bedroom, complete with its own reading nook perfect for any bookworm that loves curling up with a good book before bed. I know I would love to do that, especially if I lived in this house.

The property is currently managed by Nathan Bennett, which isn't all that surprising, he seems to be in charge of most of the up and coming homes these days, so if you want to get a tour let him know and he'll get someone on vlogging it!!!

Let me know if you enjoyed this slight diversion from our normal gossip routine and if you would like to have more entries like this one. Of course I'll never set aside my gossiping hobbies for good, but the occasional home post might be fun to dabble in, especially when none of my normal sources are bringing the tea to the kettle.

Until the next gossiping session dear readers! 👋👋
