Nathan Bennett; The Renovator Of An Age!

Diary Readers, today I want to touch on some gossip I feel should have been mentioned before today, but I've neglected to which does . Multiple times on this lovely blog I've mentioned Nathan Bennett, the realtor, designer, and honestly builder, of a lifetime. Regardless of that fact I've never really described the man himself to you, but that changes today!

Today we're going to talk about all of the gossip involving Mr. Nathan, and maybe even a few builds he's done (or is working on renovating 😉😉) So let's jump right in!

To start with, I think we should discuss Nathan's rather adorable personality. I've done a lot of researching asking people about him and all of his friends and co-workers say the same thing! He's apparently a very creative man, with a massive love for art, and he actually wants to paint and put some in his renovations once he gets good enough! Sometimes he is prone to a bit of gloomy behavior but all in all he's very sweet.

And he uses his creativity to help with his renovations, and new builds. He's recently moved to Evergreen Harbor to build there, and he's apparently really excited to shake up the Harbor with new builds.

Speaking of Nathan's previous renovations, he's worked on a few different projects, one of the first big projects he worked on is what most people call Sulani's Beauty, and I tend to agree with them! It really is a beauty! His most recent project was a renovation of the Falls family home over in Newcrest.

So since we're done discussing the man let's discuss a few of his renovations!

1. Journey's End Aka Sulani's Beauty

This beauty consisting of two bedrooms, a laundry nook, and an absolutely gorgeous view, was renovated by Nathan last year and honestly its still one of the nicer builds I've seen. Nathan had a lot of ideas for the empty lot once he had his team demolish the old house and brought in blueprints for a exterior house that he got from beckieebabee_x so I suppose you could say he had some help 😉

The old house while it was previously owned by the Kahananui didn't look very good, so they sold it to Nathan when they moved, but I've spoken to them via sources, and they definitely regret selling and not just paying him to renovate the house after seeing the finished product.

The finished product has a lot of lovely pictures but I've compiled them for you all into a lovely little collage of before and after...

2. Ferns Park Instagram-able Home

Located in the corner of Bridgeview in Newcrest, this gorgeous home sits on a 30x20 lot commonly called 'Fern Park' by Newcrest townsfolk due to its closeness to a little park with picnic tables and monkey bars making it perfect for a family picnic day. Although the current house doesn't have a second bedroom for a child, that could easily be added on to suit your needs.

The house is open concept, and has a fairly light color scheme, leaning heavily on light browns, sand, and white tones with pink-ish orange accents with bonus exposed brick walls. The house has been completely furnished and is move in ready, though its current price is a steal, for only just under 50k!

As per my original post, Nathan is not only managing the property, but was the mastermind behind it! Or at least he was the supposed mastermind behind it...

3. The American Dream Of A Farmhouse

Farmhouses are some of my favorites and for the last item on this list, this red farmhouse is quite possibly my favorite.

I love the way this move in ready house looks on the outside, the stone work, and siding is just chefs kiss, and you know how I feel about a good landscaping. The kitchen and laundry is sparsely decorated, (I mean it is move in ready after all) but I love the look of it. And best of all it came in under budget at 41,000 and some odd simleons.

Which is really a steal, so to Nathan I say thank you because I really love this house.

Besides the point, this three bedroom and two bathroom house has spacious bedrooms so if you have more than two kids, or you also have grandparents living with you, then sharing bedrooms for the kids is definitely an option.

That's all for today but I'll see you next week for more gossip on the different members of Simtopia! 💖💖💖
