Diary Readers do I have some family drama/tea for you all today! So earlier on the blog I mentioned the fact that Lavender Swift, and her daughter Cherry (also Mortimer Goth's daughter but who cares about him 😜) were having some issues. Boy issues that is.
Well those boy issues have finally come to a head and I'm very excited to get right into it, as boy drama is my favorite drama because it typically has many layers of gossip to it, which is my favorite type of gossip. I mean who doesn't love a multilayered situation full of juicy juicy gossip for you to share? Certainly not this gossip!😂😂
To recap, last time we spoke about the Swift-Becker household Cherry had just gone to prom with her very first boyfriend Bill Jang! But the not so great thing is that her mother, Lavender, has dated a lot of people before. Including the lesser well known Baako Jang who happens to be as you might be able to guess, is Bill's father.
Now to stay the obvious, that's not a good situation, but on top of that, Cherry is (or should I say was) hiding the relationship from her mother because she knew that her mother wouldn't like that she was dating so young and also because of his father.
But she eventually did tell her mom about it and was super excited (and nervous) about telling her, but she pushed through. Boy she should have been more nervous!
Because Lavender went full hot head and while she did feel bad about it later, she went full in on it. I mean, her and Baako's relationship did end because she found out that he was married and didn't tell her, and he did admittedly stalk her for ten Sim years after the breakup. He still occasionally calls her, claiming he 'pressed the wrong number' but like... delete the number Baako 😂😂😂
So naturally, when she heard her beloved daughter was dating her toxic exes son... well lets just say her response was a little... passionate to say the least.
Once the discussion (or fight) was over, Lavender retreated to her office to play her guitar and Cherry went to rant to Slate in typical teenager fashion. Somehow, and I'm really not sure how, but Slate in true angel fashion, calmed Cherry down, and then convinced Lavender to calm down and think the situation over from Cherry's point of view.
And somehow all of this managed to make Lavender and Cherry have a semi calm conversation that weekend, although it didn't really produce a productive outcome, they were able to converse which was a big deal considering the chill after their previous fight.
What makes the matter worse, is that Lavender is supposedly trying to get past her judgements of Bill due to her history with Baako, but rumor is Bill is planning on breaking up with Cherry!
And if that's true... well I just hope for his sake he never shows his face again around Lavender or he's not making it out unscathed 😅
